I cannot remember where I got this recipe from or whom I got it from, but these oven baked lamb steaks are so easy to cook and are so tender and moist to eat I would dearly love to thank that person for the many dinners I have enjoyed eating them.
1 Lay the lamb steaks on a tin foil layered baking sheet (and fold/scrunch up the sides – to catch the fat).
2 Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary, crushed garlic.
3 Cook at 200 degrees centigrade/gas 6 for about 12-15-18 mins depending on your desired pinkness.
4 Rest for 10 minutes in th aluminium foil.
Serve with new potatoes, carrots. parsnips and gravy.
